Check without a bra and without clothes. You can check in the shower or before bed.

1. LOOK
Stand in the mirror and look (without a bra).
- skin changes (puckering, wrinkles, orange peel effect)
- nipples (leaking, discharge, blistering/sores)
- breast size and shape (symmetry, is one suddenly bigger than the other?)
Lean forwards to see if the change makes dimples/puckering appear.
Not all cancers start with a lump, sometimes looking and seeing a skin change can be the only sign.

3. MOVE
Once you have checked standing up, lie down and check again.
Check both breasts.
Raise your arm and check again.
