Health coach workshop programmes to help you move from who you were before to where you want to be.

Medical treatment has ended, but you don't feel the same 'you' as you were before the diagnosis. So much has changed, and so have you. But what does this mean and how to move forwards?
HRH Princess Catherine of Wales spoke about this side of health that no one really talks about. HRH explained how after her cancer treatment ended - there is an unsettling time beyond treatment where your world is different but you don't feel fully healed.
This is why we created this charity, and this is why we have developed this unique programme that doesn't exist anywhere else.
Your values, aspirations, fears, hopes and confidence are all very different. Almost as though your inner sense of self has been scrambled and you need help putting the pieces back together.
Taking you beyond the treatment to restore control to you and your ability to thrive beyond the diagnosis.
Health Coaching Workshops to Guide You Forwards
Structured sessions you can access from home, providing you with the tools and steps to process, emotionally heal and feel empowered to move forwards into a new chapter of your life. Filled with joy, confidence and resilience.
Our main 10-step programme
Our core programme is a 6 week course you can access remotely, guided by our coaches with zoom sessions as one to one or group based. This core programme helps provide the key steps for emotional recovery following a diagnosis/treatment.
Additional workshops
We have (and are continuing to expand) our additional online workshops. Shorter and focused on key themes to help you target specific areas for growth to help navigate a life interrupted by major health challenges.

These are designed for anyone, any diagnosis or condition.
A unique programme that is the first of it's kind.
Health Coach based support
Created by professional life coaches and adapted to provide a new form of health coaching. Backed by science, evidence and psychological approaches to ensure the key areas of support are addressed.
In your time, in your way
All these programmes are available online with workbooks you can download or order in print. Accessible in your own time and at your own pace, with coaches available for support where needed.
Beyond Treatment Support Programme
Our core 6-week 10-step programme
The central programme, previously known as the Sunrise programme. Designed to provide the tools to start a new chapter of your life, equipped with the tools to move forwards with confidence, control and resilience.

Programme lead - Lisa Bennett
Lisa Bennett is our programme lead and became a volunteer with the charity after being a Voice in our original campaign, Scars of Gold. Lisa is a professional life coach and wrote the core 10-step programme for the charity. Lisa joined the charity having experienced two different primary cancer diagnoses - lymphoma and thyroid cancer - her passion for striving to still find joy and appreciating the need for emotional wellness to help maintain control of your life is why Lisa was perfectly placed to join the team. Lisa will be the facilitator health coach for the core programme. Outside of work, Lisa is a bubbly wife and mum of two, embracing life and a ever optimistic.

HOW TO ACCESS THE COURSE or other workshops

HOW IT WORKS
After enrolling on a course, you will be given a login access to an online platform where you can work through the modules and chapters in your own time.
The platform allows you to download the workbook to use at home or you can order this via Amazon for a printed copy.
Our health coach lead Lisa can monitor your progress and answer any questions during the 6 week programme.
There are two weekly group sessions virtually to discuss each of the chapters and share progress, discuss anything that has come up and touch base with Lisa.
